 New Size in 3R Series Mil Spec Cases

We have just completed our next size in the 3R Series Mil-Standard Rotationally molded cases. This new size is our part number 3R5030-24B-E and has interior dimensions of 50” x 30” x 24” (3.5” lid over 20.5” base). This case is rotationally molded using the same great hot melt compounded (LLDPE) polyethylene impact resistant / UV stabilized material that we use to manufacture the rest of this line. This new size, just like the others in this series, is designed to MIL-STD 810 and MIL-C-4150J specifications.
This model comes standard with eight spring loaded, injection molded comfort grip lift handles that are recessed into the case. It also come standard with black powder-coated stainless steel butterfly twist latches and hinges, again all bumper protected. This is a fully gasketed case with a standard automatic pressure relief valve. The case comes standard with a hinged lid, as shown below, but can be special ordered as all catch, or reverse application (upside down) in minimum quantities. Our standard color is black, but special colors can be ordered, again in minimum quantities.
As with our other large 3R series cases, we have molded in recessed pockets in the bottom of the case to accept our optional push button removable casters. Please order p/n 3SKB-CAST1 which includes the casters, caster plates, and all hardware for the installation. Due to the large size of this case, they will ship banded to a pallet with top and bottom cardboard protectors, but will not be in a full box.
