Canyonwest Expands Its Selection of Injection Molded Cases

SKB has introduced its new 3I-2317-14 Injection Molded case as seen in the September/October 2009 issue of Equipment Protection Magazine. Canyonwest Case, an SKB distributor, is making them available to companies needing strong cases to safeguard sensitive equipment against water, dust or shipping damage.

SKB 3I series are available in thirteen sizes, ranging from 9.25 by 7 x 4 inches to 20 by 18 by 14 inches. The cases have an automatic purge valve and unconditional lifetime guarantee. Options include pick-N-Pluck foam, dividers, custom foam, custom labeling and custom colors. Some sizes are equipped with wheels and retractable pull-handle.

SKB 3I series waterproof cases meet a variety of military specifications including MIL-C-4150J, MIL-STD-648C and MIL-STD 810F. Cases are also ATA (Air Transport Association) compliant. The new 3I-2317-14 case measures 23 by 17 by 14 inches and is available in two stock configurations: foam filled (3I-2317-14B-CW) and empty 3I-2317-14B-EW).
