Injection Molded
The process of taking plastic at room temperature, heating it to a fluid state, forcing the material into a cavity that is the negative shape of the desired product, allowing the material to solidify, then remove the part from the mold.

Roto Molded
Process of forming powdered plastic in a large oven in aluminum molds that rotate on two axis to evenly melt and distribute the plastic giving an even density and strong corners.

Thermal or Vacuum Formed
Thermoforming is a collection of manufacturing methods that heat and form sheets of extruded plastic. Vacuum forming draws the heated sheet against the tool with the assistance of a vacuum.
