SB&O Introduces SKB's New Percussion Specialty Case

SKB's new 3I-1914-8B-P Percussion / Mallet Case premieres at the 2009 Winter NAMM Show as noted in the March issue of SB&O.

SKB's new percussion case features a reinforced mallet/stick holder, specifically engineered to stay open during performance for easy accessibility or is detachable to hang on a marimba, vibes, music stand or anywhere else needed for immediate access to mallets or sticks. A fabric covered removable work surface/trap table offers yet another convenient feature for performance applications.

Measuring 19" x 14" x 8" with wheels and a two-stge pull handle for easy transport and protection of percussion related items. Internal straps secure mallets during transport. This case also features SKB's proprietary TSA recognized and accepted locking latches, enabling users to safely lock the cases and still have them inspected by airline security personnel. The case is air tight and water-tight and features a two-way pressure valve to prevent vapor lock during air travel. Storage space is available behind the mallet/stick holder in the lid for music and the removable trap table.
