Not just a soft bag, but a soft case to transport and protect your powered Speaker or mixer. A rigid plywood core that is covered by a rugged 600 Denier exterior for protectng the knobs and controls. An indestructible injection molded pull out handle and dual wheels for easy transport. The SKB-SCPM1 Powered Speaker/Mixer Soft Case will accommodate speakers such as the QSC K8, Yamaha DXR8 or Electro-Voice ZXA1. Ideal for Powered Mixers such as Yamaha (EMX512SC, EMX312SC, EMX212S) and Behringer Powered Mixers (PMP1060M, PMP1060S, PMP1680S, PMP2000), Phonic (620R) and many more.

	Do you make custom cases?
	Yes. Minimum quantities are required. Contact our Music Division at 800-410-2024
	How do I register for the $1500 content coverage?
	You will need your original receipt and a valid claim from the airline. You will only need to contact SKB in the event of an actual warranty claim. Only two guitar cases are covered by the $1500 content coverage, the 1SKB-44RW Bass Safe and the 1SKB-18RW Roto-molded Acoustic Hardshell Guitar case with wheels.
	How do I register my case or rack for the lifetime warranty?
	You may register yourself as the original owner of the case or rack at SKB Music Division Product Registration.
	How do I request replacement parts?
	Original owners of SKB brand hardshell cases may order replacement parts online at no cost and with free shipping. To request field replaceable parts please visit the SKB Store for instructions. You will receive a discount code for use at the SKB Store equal to the online price of the replacement parts you need.
	How long will a repair take?
	A repair usually takes about two weeks from the time we receive your case.
	Is it possible to update my older case with the new TSA latches?
	No. Only newer SKB products are designed to accommodate this new latch. Older model cases can not be retrofitted.
	What do I have to do before I return my case for repair?
	Contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@skbcases.com or 800-410-2024 for a Return Authorization Number. Please have the model number of the case on hand.
	Where will I find my model number on my case?
	It is not on your case. You will find the number on your original proof of purchase receipt.

Soft Product Warranty

	SKB Soft Products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship for one year from purchase. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by SKB. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where SKB is not at fault, are not covered on Soft Products. Freight cost to SKB Corporation is the responsibility of the customer. SKB will pay the return freight for warranty product shipped back to the customer.
