What do I have to do before I return my case for repair?
Contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-410-2024 for a Return Authorization Number. Please have the model number of the case on hand.
What size cases do I need for my drums?
Our drum cases are designed with extra room to accommodate hardware/hoops mounted on the drum. If you have an 8x8 drum, get our 8x8 case. It's not necessary to "allow" for extra space in the case, because it's already designed in. However, if your drums have RIMS (Resonance Isolation Mounting System) or some other type suspension system, you will have to make allowances for it, which is why we provide the dimensions for all of our drum cases.
Where will I find my model number on my case?
It is not on your case. You will find the number on your original proof of purchase receipt.
