Overview

The 3i-2421-IMAC accommodates 24" iMacs with room for a keyboard, mouse, trackpad, and all necessary cables. This waterproof iSeries case features a virtually indestructible exterior and a high quality form-cut PE foam interior that provides the perfect fit and maximum protection of a 24" iMac and accessories in transport. The keyboard slot can fit both the standard compact keyboard as well as the larger keyboard with numeric pad by removing foam pieces from the slot. The accessory pocket near the front of the case measures 8” x 2.25” x 4.5” and the accessory pocket below the iMac measures 17.5” x 6.25” x 4”. The 3i-2421-IMAC will fit M3 generation models as well as M4 generation.

The case also comes standard with TSA-retrofittable Trigger Latch® System, built-in quiet-glide wheels, and an easy-to-operate one-button pull handle for optimal convenience and functionality.

SKB iSeries Injection Molded Mil-Standard Waterproof Cases are molded of ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, featuring a gasket-sealed, water and dust tight, submersible design (MIL-STD 810H) that is resistant to corrosion and impact damage. Standard features include a molded-in hinge, Trigger Latch® System, snap-down rubber over-molded cushion grip handle, automatic ambient pressure equalization valve (MIL-STD 810H), and resistance to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus and impact damage (MIL-STD 810H).

Warranty

Lifetime Warranty

SKB-branded hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means if your case breaks, SKB will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. SKB is not responsible for the shipping cost to our facility. However, SKB will cover all of the costs of repairs and/or replacements, as well as the return shipping. To request a return authorization for a warranty claim or field replaceable parts, please contact our customer service department through our online Support Request form. SKB-branded hardshell cases are warranted for life to the original owner only. Cases that have been modified, previously owned, or used for rental purposes by institutions or schools are not covered by this warranty.

Prop 65

You may have heard that everything gives you cancer – if you live in California. The reason is that it is a California state law that requires businesses to provide reasonable warning about the use of any chemicals the state has decided could cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. The list of chemicals and substances is extensive - currently totaling approximately 900.

For those consumers who live outside of California, you are not accustomed to seeing Prop 65 Warnings everywhere you go to shop, eat, buy groceries, fix your car, and are even posted at amusement parks.

SKB has been making cases since 1977. We have no reported cases of our products causing harm or danger to anyone. We believe in the safety of our products and we meet all the applicable safety requirements. We are unable to test against the 900+ chemicals listed for Prop 65 and to 100% certainty, and therefore, in an abundance of caution, we have placed the warning on our products to be in compliance with this California regulation. You will also see the Prop 65 warning on products that you buy outside of California, because we are unable to determine our products’ final retail destination.
